Flaxseed Chutney Powder


Flaxseed Chutney Powder/ Agasi Chutney

Ingredients
1 cup Flaxseed
2 spoons Jeera/ Cumin seeds
8 Garlic cloves
4 Dry Red Chilli ( Bydagi)
Salt


Method
In a pan, dry roast flax seeds on a medium flame for 2 minutes until it splutters. Turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Dry roast dry red chillies and garlic cloves.
In a mixer jar, grind flax seeds, jeera, garlic cloves, dry red chillies and salt.
Flaxseeds chutney powder is ready.

Note
You can store flaxseed chutney powder for 15 days in an airtight container.
You can even add 4 -5 curry leaves to this chutney powder.
You can add red chilli powder instead of dry red chillies.
