Niger Seeds Chutney Powder/ Uchellu Pudi
Ingredients
100 grams Niger Seeds/ Uchellu
4 - 5 Garlic cloves
2 Red Chilli (Byadgi)
1/2 spoon Jaggery
Tamarind pea size
Salt as per taste
Method
In a thick bottom pan, dry roast Niger Seeds on a medium flame for few minutes.
After roasting is done, keep it aside to cool down.
In a mixer jar, grind Niger Seeds, garlic cloves, red chilli, tamarind, jaggery and salt.
Grind coarsely and Niger Seeds Chutney Powder is ready.
Note
You can store this for 15 - 20 days.
You can carry this when you are traveling.
