Poori with Beetroot Sabzi

Recipe for Poori


Ingredients :
1 cup Wheat Flour
Salt
Oil for frying

Method:
In a mixing bowl, mix wheat flour, salt and water.
Make dough and add 1/2 spoon oil while kneading. Keep it aside for 10 - 15 mins.
Divide dough into small balls and roll them into small  circles.
Heat sufficient oil for frying, fry pooris on a medium flame.
Pooris are ready to serve.
