Phulka with Dal Palak
Recipe for Phulka
Ingredients
1 cup Wheat Flour
Salt
Method
In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt and water and make dough.
Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Divide dough into small balls and roll them into small rotis.
Heat tawa, cook roti on tawa for few seconds and cook over flame both sides.
Serve hot Phulka with any sabzi.
