About Me

My photo
Palateo
Hi Everyone, Welcome to my blog "Palateo". I share Indian vegetarian recipes in my blog. I wanted a unique name to my blog, I liked the name palate which means taste so I used the name palateo. During my childhood days, I used to help my mom in making chakli, ladoo, karjikai which needed some culinary skills. Making dishes like these can be learnt through practice only. After marriage, I learnt some more recipes at my in- laws' place .The idea of starting my blog was to share my knowledge of preparing recipes of traditional Indian dishes, which I had learnt from my mom. I am always open to learning new dishes. My recipes include easily available ingredients in the kitchen. Always while trying new recipe, try in small quantity because the dish may turn out yummy or flop. You can follow my posts on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Nothing can beat the taste of homemade food.I conducted tuitions and summer camp at home. I worked as a teacher in a school. Later one year, I organised events for small entrepreneurs. I found food blogging interesting and wrote a blog.Thank You for visiting, Be my guest always.
