Cucumber Kosambari

Cucumber Kosambari 
Cucumber Salad

Ingredients :
1 Cucumber
1/4 cup Moong dal
1/4 cup Coconut (grated)
Coriander leaves ( finely chopped)
Salt

Method:
Cut cucumber into small pieces.
Soak moong dal for 1 hour separately.
Mix cucumber pieces, soaked dal, grated coconut, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl.
Ready to serve as part of a meal.

Tips
Lemon juice and green chilli can be added.
