Broccoli Stir Fry

Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:
2 cups Broccoli florets
1/2 spoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 spoon Turmeric powder
1 spoon Oil
Salt

Method
Soak broccoli florets in salt water for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add broccoli and saute well for 2 minutes.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame.
Serve hot as a side dish or evening tea time snack.
