Masala Powder

Masala Powder

Ingredients :
250 grams Coriander seeds
100 grams Jeera
100 grams Poppy seeds/ KhusKhus
50 grams Cinnamon sticks
50 grams Pepper
5 grams Clove
5 grams Cardamom
Salt

Method
Dry roast all the ingredients in a pan and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Transfer it to a mixer jar, add salt and make fine powder.
Masala powder is ready and  once it cools down store it in an airtight container. 
It can be stored for 3 months.

Note:
You can add it to Sambar, Curry and sabzis.
